4. Payment Terms

5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Client Ownership
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final delivered game including source code, assets, and documentation as specified in the project contract.
5.2 Pre-existing IP
ZonGaming.shop retains rights to pre-existing intellectual property, tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in development.
5.3 Third-party Assets
Use of third-party assets (fonts, music, plugins) subject to their respective licenses. Client responsible for ensuring compliance with third-party licensing terms.
6. Project Delivery and Acceptance
6.1 Delivery Timeline
Project timelines are estimates based on project scope and client cooperation. Delays caused by client feedback, scope changes, or external factors may affect delivery dates.
6.2 Acceptance Period
Clients have 7 days to review and accept deliverables. Acceptance is deemed automatic if no feedback is provided within this period.
6.3 Revisions
Minor revisions are included as specified in project contracts. Major changes may require additional time and cost.
7. Client Responsibilities

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee app store approval or commercial success.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits or business interruption.
10. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and project details. Non-disclosure agreements may be executed for sensitive projects.
11. Project Cancellation
11.1 Client Cancellation
Clients may cancel projects with written notice. Cancellation fees apply based on work completed and resources committed.
11.2 Service Provider Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel projects for breach of contract, non-payment, or illegal activities.
12. Modification of Services
Project scope changes require written approval and may affect timeline and cost. We will provide estimates for additional work before proceeding.
13. Support and Maintenance
Post-launch support is available as specified in individual contracts. Long-term maintenance agreements are available separately.
14. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under Pakistani law.
15. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Punjab, Pakistan have jurisdiction over disputes.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
